The biomanycores library.

Biomanycores provides interfaces between GPU bioinformatic applications and Biojava, Bioperl or Biopython frameworks.
Four applications are currently available.
You need a working installation of CUDA.


* PadovaSW

 - Download the PadovaSW.zip from biomanycores.org and follow instructions
to install the program.

 - copy swcuda, config.cpu, config.gpu in the BIN directory 


* BielefeldPknotsRG

Download the BielefeldPknotsRG.zip from biomanycores.org and follow
instructions to install the program.


* LillePWM 

Dowload the LillePWM.zip from biomanycores.org and follow
instructions to install the program.
 
  - copy pwm-cpu and pwm-cuda in the BIN directory

* GPU-HMMER
Download GPU-HMMER from www.mpihmmer.org and follow instructions to install the
program.


Once these programs are installed you may download and test interfaces
to Biopython, Bioperl and Biojava.
